General Conditions

By using WiziApp plugin ("Service") and all services of WiziApp Solutions Ltd ("WiziApp"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You must be 18 years or older to use this Service.
2. You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
3. You must not violate any copyright laws.
4. WiziApp reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.

6. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Terms of Service

1. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
2. You understand and agree that WiziApp cannot be held responsible for the content posted via the Service and any content you post is your sole responsibility.
3. You understand that the WiziApp Service cannot be error free and might be interrupted on rare occasions.
4. As part of the process of publishing the App you need to supply Wiziapp with your Apple developer account details, Wiziapp will use your Apple developer account so you will be recorded as the publisher of your App in the App Store.
5. You agree that WiziApp shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from any other matter relating to the Service.
6. You agree that WiziApp may use your app as part of its Showcase on the WiziApp website. You will be removed from the Showcase upon specific request.
7. Your app must meet Apple guidelines in order to receive Apple approval. WiziApp will do its best to have the app approved by the Apple App Store and in almost all cases, apps do receive Apple approval. However, Apple might reject your app and you understand that WiziApp cannot be held responsible for this.
8. WiziApp has the right to reject any app that we believe is or could be in violation of Apple guidelines, or for any other reason.

Payments Terms

1. A valid credit card is required.
2. The one-time setup fee and the first month of service will be collected on the date you place the order for the WiziApp Service.
3. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis.
4. Billing Cycle Date is set by the date you ordered the Service, except when this date falls on the 29th or 30th or 31st of the month. In these cases, the Billing Cycle Date will be the 1st of the following month.
5. The monthly subscription fee will be made on the Billing Cycle Date.
6. All fees exclude all taxes.
7. Service prices are subject to change upon 45 days notice from WiziApp.
8. From time to time, WiziApp may update the Service, which may have an effect on the application features. WiziApp will notify you in advance of an upcoming update and its details, however WiziApp cannot guarantee the acceptance of the notification on your side, and updates will be carried out regardless of your acceptance.

Refund Terms

Wiziapp service includes a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund if you cancel your account within 30 days of the activation of your account. Full refund, both for setup fee and any subscription fee, will be made in the event that WiziApp rejects the application and chooses not to upload it to the Apple App Store.

Termination of Service

1. Account cancellation requests must be submitted to support@wiziapp.com
2. Your application will be removed from the App Store and Service will be stopped upon cancellation. Your content will no longer be accessible to users of your native app.
3. No charges will be made for the account cancellation, and following the cancellation, the subscription payments and/or any other payments will be stopped.
4. WiziApp is obligated to meet the guidelines and terms of Apple Inc. If your app content is in violation of these terms, WiziApp has the right to terminate the Service.
5. WiziApp reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service, for any reason at any time.

Copyright and Content Ownership

1. WiziApp holds all the copyrights for the app technology.
2. By using WiziApp service, you agree to allow others to view and share your content via your app.
3. You are solely responsible for receiving copyrights and compensating copyright owners in connection to all content that is used by you in connection with your application.
